Wahid Fans: Ceiling, Pedestal and Exhaust Fans, Confirming the Maker, Indicative Rates and How to Compare

📖 5 min read

Wahid fans are searched together with the name of the company behind them, which shows that buyers want to be sure who made the fan. This guide explains how to confirm the maker from the label and the box, the fan types, indicative rates and how to compare a Wahid fan with other brands. Finishes.pk does not make these products. This guide is a neutral buying aid, not a brand endorsement or a price list from any maker.

Confirming who made the fan

Search terms that include a company name show that buyers want certainty. The box and the label should name the maker, the model, the watts and the volts. If the name on the sign differs from the name on the box, ask the seller to explain and to write the model on the invoice. Keep a photo of the label for any later claim.

Fan types you will see

Listings under this name usually show ceiling, pedestal and table fans, and sometimes exhaust fans. Our guides explain each: ceiling fans, pedestal fans, table fans and ventilation fans. Pick the type by room and hours of use, not by name.

Wahid fan price guide

Rates differ by seller and stock. These indicative market ranges help you judge a quote, and they are not a price list from the maker.

ItemIndicative range
Ceiling fan, 56 inch ACPKR 8,000 - 13,000
Ceiling fan, AC DC or inverterPKR 10,500 - 17,000
Pedestal fan, 24 inchPKR 11,000 - 16,000
Table fan, 16 inchPKR 7,500 - 10,500

Prices move with brand, model, size and stock. Use these ranges to judge a quote, then compare the exact model and what is included.

Checks in the shop

  • Run it. Test every speed for hum, wobble and smell.
  • Label. Watts, volts and model code should be clear.
  • Weight. A heavier motor body usually has more copper.
  • Blades. Check alignment by eye from below.
  • Warranty. Get it in writing with the invoice.

How to compare with other brands

Compare the same size, wattage class and motor type. Brand pages for GFC, Royal and Pak fans list the same checks, and our guide to small fan brands helps when a name is less known.

Wattage and power cuts

A plain AC 56 inch fan uses about 70 to 80 watts, while an AC DC or inverter fan uses around 30 watts and keeps running on a battery. In areas with long outages, the lower-watt fan pays back in running cost. See 30 watt ceiling fans and the size and wattage guide.

After-sales and spare parts

Ask where a capacitor, remote or motor can be bought and who handles a warranty claim. Keep the invoice and the box, photograph the label and write the purchase date on the manual. Claims move faster when the paperwork shows the same model name as the fan.

Fitting and wiring

Hang fans from a hook fixed in the concrete slab, never from a false ceiling. Use a regulator only on AC fans, and protect the circuit with an MCB. Fixed wiring should be done by a licensed electrician.

Seasonal buying and stock

Before summer, popular sizes can run short and rates may rise, while in winter shops offer more choice. If you are fitting several fans, buy them together from one batch so finish and model match, and ask the seller to keep the boxes sealed until delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Read the label and the box: they should show the maker, model, watts and volts. If the shop sign shows a different name, ask the seller to explain and write the model on the invoice. Keep a photo of the label. Ask for the specification in writing so you can compare quotes on the same basis.

Indicative market ranges are about PKR 8,000 to 13,000 for a 56 inch AC ceiling fan, PKR 10,500 to 17,000 for an AC DC model, PKR 11,000 to 16,000 for a pedestal fan and PKR 7,500 to 10,500 for a table fan.

Listings for fans in this class often include exhaust fans as well. Confirm the model, the size and the airflow before you pay, and see our ventilation and exhaust fan guides for sizing. Measure carefully and confirm sizes with the seller before ordering.

It can be if you buy blind. Check the label, the motor weight, the finish and the warranty, and run the fan in the shop. A clear written warranty and a sealed box are good signs. Rates and stock change, so confirm the current position before you commit.

Compare size, watts, motor winding and warranty on the same class of fan. Brand pages on this site list the same checks for GFC, Royal and Pak fans. If you are unsure, send a photo and the measurements and we will advise.

Send the quantity, the size or rating and a photo of the space. We reply with a written rate that names the model and the warranty, and lists what is and is not included, so the comparison with other sellers is fair.
