ZRK Sheet Price List — Pakistan

Lamination, UV Lux and textured rates for 8×4 ft ZRK sheets, verified August 2026 — plus the honest answer to why no official ZRK price list exists.

There Is No Official ZRK Price List — Here Is Why

If you have been searching for a “ZRK price list PDF”, you can stop. ZRK Group does not publish prices anywhere. We went through their website, every product page, all eleven downloadable catalogues and the dealer directory — hundreds of products, full decor ranges, and not one rupee figure.

That is deliberate, and normal for the industry. ZRK sells through 210+ authorised dealers across 40+ cities, and each dealer sets its own rate based on freight, volume and local demand. A published list would be wrong within weeks.

So any “ZRK price list” you find online is a dealer sheet someone scanned, usually months out of date. The rates below are what Pakistani dealers were actually charging in August 2026 — useful for budgeting, not a substitute for a live quote.

Where ZRK is made: Hayatabad Industrial Estate, Peshawar. Their dealer network runs 18 partners in Lahore, 13 in Karachi and 8 in Islamabad.

ZRK Dealer Rates — August 2026

16mm LaminationPKR 3,950 – 4,800
16mm Textured / MattPKR 7,500
16mm UV High GlossPKR 6,500
17mm UV Super GlossPKR 9,500
UV Lux (17mm)PKR 8,000 – 8,300
SwissDecor Chipboard (laminated)PKR 3,070 – 4,500
Standard Sheet Size8×4 ft (2440×1220mm)
Confirmed Thickness17mm (others on request)

Dealer rates surveyed August 2026, published as a market reference. Plain unlaminated ZRK MDF is not reliably priced anywhere online — the figures floating around are either undated or over a year old, so we have left it out rather than guess. Ask us for it.

What ZRK Actually Makes

Swiss MDF

ZRK’s structural MDF line, advertised as E1-certified for formaldehyde emissions. Dense and uniform right through, so it routes cleanly and takes paint, laminate or veneer without telegraphing the core. The right pick for shutters and profiled work.

SwissDecor Chipboard

Particle board with a decorative face. Cheaper and lighter than MDF, but coarser inside — it holds screws less firmly and will not give a clean routed edge. Sensible for straight carcass panels on a tight budget.

Doorskins & Laminates

Melamine-laminated door skins plus a textured laminate range. Decor families include High Gloss Elite, UV Lux, Lamination Series, Fabric, Floral, Groove, Leather, Brushed Wood and Swiss Grace.

ZRK Is the Value Brand — But Only at the Premium End

The common assumption is that ZRK is simply the cheaper brand. That is not what dealer pricing shows. At mid-range thicknesses ZRK and Al-Noor are quoted at exactly the same number — 16mm textured at PKR 7,500, 16mm UV high gloss at PKR 6,500, for either brand.

The brands only separate at the top of the range. On 17mm UV super-gloss the spread is PKR 4,000 a sheet, and that is where choosing ZRK saves real money — roughly PKR 120,000 on a 30-sheet kitchen against Patex.

Practical takeaway: for standard laminated carcass work, pick on stock and decor availability, because the price is the same. For premium UV shutters, ZRK is the value play.

17mm UV Super Gloss by Brand

ZRK / KMI / KashmirPKR 9,500
Al-Noor (Lasani)PKR 11,800
PatexPKR 13,500

Same Price at 16mm

Textured / Matt — ZRK or Al-NoorPKR 7,500
UV High Gloss — ZRK or Al-NoorPKR 6,500
Patex Textured 16mmPKR 6,500 – 7,000

One caution that applies to every brand here: MDF and chipboard are not waterproof. In kitchens and bathrooms specify an MR or HMR grade and seal every cut edge and screw hole — a laminated face does nothing for the edges.

Frequently Asked Questions — ZRK Sheets

Is there an official ZRK sheet price list PDF?

No. ZRK Group publishes product catalogues but no price list — we checked their website, product pages, all 11 downloadable catalogues and the dealer directory, and none of them contain rupee figures. Any “ZRK price list PDF” circulating online is a dealer sheet, not an official document, and is usually out of date. Rates are set at dealer level, so the only reliable price is a current quote.

What is the ZRK sheet price in Pakistan today?

As of August 2026, 16mm ZRK lamination sheet runs about PKR 3,950–4,800 per 8×4 ft sheet, 16mm UV high gloss around PKR 6,500, and 17mm UV super gloss around PKR 9,500. UV Lux was quoted at roughly PKR 8,000–8,300. Plain unlaminated ZRK MDF is not reliably published anywhere — ask for a quote rather than trusting an online figure.

Where is ZRK made and how big is their dealer network?

ZRK Group manufactures at Hayatabad Industrial Estate in Peshawar. Their dealer directory lists over 210 authorised partners across more than 40 Pakistani cities, including 18 in Lahore, 13 in Karachi and 8 in Islamabad.

What is the difference between ZRK Swiss MDF and SwissDecor Chipboard?

Swiss MDF is a fibreboard panel — dense, uniform and smooth right through, which is what you want for shutters, routed profiles and painted or laminated finishes. SwissDecor Chipboard is a particle board: cheaper, lighter, but coarser inside, so it holds screws less well and does not take a clean routed edge. Chipboard is fine for straight carcass panels on a budget; MDF is the better choice anywhere the edge or face is worked.

Is ZRK cheaper than Al-Noor Lasani?

At mid-range thicknesses they are priced almost identically — dealers quote the same figure for 16mm textured and 16mm UV high gloss. The gap appears at the premium end: on 17mm UV super-gloss, ZRK sits around PKR 9,500 against roughly PKR 11,800 for Al-Noor and PKR 13,500 for Patex. So ZRK is the value option in the premium UV segment, not across the board.

What thicknesses and sizes does ZRK make?

8 ft × 4 ft is the standard panel and 17mm is confirmed on retail listings. ZRK does not publish a full thickness range on its own site, so treat any specific thickness list you see online with caution — confirm availability with a dealer before specifying. In practice the Pakistani market stocks MDF from 2.2mm to 25mm, with 16mm and 17mm the common laminated thicknesses.

Is ZRK board E1 certified?

ZRK advertises E1 formaldehyde certification on its Swiss MDF line. E1 is a genuine emissions standard and matters for indoor furniture, especially bedrooms and children rooms. On a bulk order it is reasonable to ask your dealer to produce the mill test report evidencing it — for any brand, not just ZRK.
