Vinyl flooring price in Pakistan depends on which kind of vinyl you mean, because sheet, LVT and SPC are priced very differently. A worked example: a 12 x 14 ft room
A 12 ft by 14 ft room is 168 sq ft. Add about 10 per cent for cuts and the order is about 185 sq ft, but the table uses the plain floor area to show the method. Trims, underlay and subfloor repair are extra.

What changes the vinyl flooring rate
- Type: sheet, LVT and SPC are different products.
- Thickness and wear layer: thicker and better-protected floors cost more.
- Brand and origin: premium and imported floors cost more than basic local ones.
- Pattern and finish: embossed and realistic textures cost more than plain prints.
- Underlay and trims: skirting, thresholds and underlay add to the total.
- Quantity and subfloor condition: large jobs help the rate, a poor subfloor adds repair cost.
Comparing vinyl quotes fairly
Ask every supplier for the same details: the type, the total thickness, the wear layer, the brand, the area and what is included. Convert any lump-sum quote to a rate per square foot, and check whether trims, underlay, adhesive and fitting are in the price. A rate far below the others usually means a thinner floor, a weaker wear layer or an item left out.
Installation and what else to budget
Fitting is priced separately, at about PKR 40 to 80 per sq ft on our published range, with materials extra. Budget also for subfloor preparation, skirting or trims, thresholds at doorways and removal of the old floor if needed. - Lowest cost, utility areas: sheet vinyl.
- Homes and offices, good looks: LVT.

Published ranges on our site run from about PKR 80 to 120 per sq ft for sheet vinyl, 180 to 300 for LVT and 360 to 450 for SPC, with installation about PKR 40 to 80 per sq ft extra. The rate depends on type, thickness and brand.
Multiply the room area by the per sq ft rate. A 12 x 14 ft room is 168 sq ft, so sheet vinyl is roughly PKR 13,440 to 20,160, LVT 30,240 to 50,400 and SPC 60,480 to 75,600, before trims, underlay and fitting. Add about 10 per cent for waste.
Usually not. Installation is a separate add-on, about PKR 40 to 80 per sq ft on our published range, with materials extra. Always ask each supplier whether the quote includes fitting, adhesive, underlay, trims and removal of the old floor.
Sheet vinyl has the lowest published rate, followed by LVT, then SPC. The cheapest is not always best value: SPC lasts longer in busy or wet rooms, and sheet needs a very flat subfloor. Choose by the room, then compare quotes for that type.
Prices vary with the type, the thickness, the wear layer, the brand, the pattern and what is included, such as underlay and trims. A very low rate often means a thinner floor or a weaker wear layer. Compare like with like in writing.
