Why one seller's rate differs from another's
Two quotes for "PVC panels" can be far apart for ordinary reasons. The thickness may differ, since a 10 mm panel is a different product from a 4 mm one. The finish may differ, because plain colours cost less than wood grain, marble or fluted profiles. One quote may be material only while another includes fitting. And some sellers quote a finished design, with trims and lighting, as a single rate per square foot.
So never compare a headline number on its own. Ask what thickness it is, whether fitting is included and what finish it covers. That is why every table on our site states the unit, the thickness, and whether the price is material only or installed.
Choosing the thickness for the room
Thickness is the main lever on price, and it should follow the room, not only the budget. A 4 mm panel suits a utility room or a wall you may change later. A 6 mm panel is the usual choice for bedrooms and living rooms. In kitchens and bathrooms, the 8 mm panel is more rigid and holds sealed joints better. A 10 mm panel is for walls that will be seen and touched every day, such as showrooms and entrances.

Material only or installed: what the add-on covers
The installation add-on is the labour of fitting: preparing the starting line, gluing or battening the panels, cutting around sockets and corners, and finishing the edges. It is priced per sq ft like the panel, and it is Rs 30 to Rs 50 for PVC. Fitting in Lahore can be arranged with the order; outside Lahore you can use your own fitter, and the process is covered in our wall panel installation guide.
Delivery is a separate item. Charges depend on the city, so check the delivery charge for your city.
How to calculate the cost of your own wall
You need three numbers: the wall area, the rate for your thickness and an allowance for cuts.
- Measure the width and height of the wall in feet and multiply them. A 10 x 9 ft wall is 90 sq ft.
- Subtract any door or window openings.
- Add about 10% for cuts and waste, which makes 99 sq ft for the example.
- Multiply by the material rate, then add the installation add-on if you want fitting.

The same arithmetic works for any bedroom feature wall: pick the panel, multiply by the area, add fitting. A fluted or 3D feature panel at Rs 250 to Rs 460 per sq ft is the usual range for a bedroom headboard wall, and the cost scales with the wall size you choose.

For a whole panelling job, installed, the average we use is about Rs 320 per sq ft of panelled wall (PVC, WPC or fluted), with a typical range of Rs 150 to Rs 630. The low end is a simple PVC wall; the high end is a premium WPC or fluted design with extra trims and lighting.
