What Drives PVC Sheet Price Per Square Foot
Four things move the per-sqft rate more than anything else:
- Thickness: thicker sheets use more material and cost more per sqft.
- Finish: plain and gloss are cheapest; wood-grain, marble, textured and fluted finishes cost more.
- Local vs imported: imported sheets carry a premium over local brands.
- Quantity: full-sheet, bulk orders get a better per-sqft rate (more on that below).

Rates vary by supplier and city, but as a general guide to the Pakistani market in 2026, PVC wall and ceiling sheets fall into these bands. As a reference point, a common solid PVC wall panel retails around PKR 1,600–1,800 per panel, which works out near the lower end of the per-sqft bands above. Prices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are broadly similar. PVC Sheets vs PVC Wall Panels — Not the Same Thing
People use the terms interchangeably, but they're different products. PVC wall panels are long, narrow planks that clip or glue side by side. PVC sheets are larger flat boards (often 4×8 ft) used for wall lining, partitions, kitchen and bathroom cladding, and signage backing. Sizes You'll Be Quoted On
Large-format PVC sheets are commonly 4×8 ft in a range of thicknesses. Panel-style PVC comes in 20–30cm widths and 2.7–3.0m lengths. If you give us the wall area and the look you want, we'll advise the most economical size and minimise cutting waste.
